Does such a thing exist?

Mounting an outdoor TV on articulating mount on house siding.Not covered area.

I know there are the mostly Arlington electric boxes that are water tight and I have them only house but still protrude on the wall. Didn't know if anyone made a larger box and one that seals around the cords for ethernet, fiber, etc keeping the wall watertight and bugs out etc.
