?Any NAD dealers on here? Tried todo a VM310 upgrade today which turned into a total cluster. I got a less then helpful tech support agent, apparently NAD does not have ANY instructions on how todo the VM310 upgrade. They kept pointing me to what they have online and after me literally telling her after the 10th time that it is NOT the same she finally reached out to engineering.

Can anyone:

A) Confirm that there is no installation instructions for the VM310? (this just seem so strange to me)
B) todo this upgrade with the T777 and VM310 I also need todo the AM230? seems strange that 1) its not listed anywhere 2) they didn't know this until I pushed them more on it.
C) There is clearly a small ribbon cable that unless it will go to the AM 230 I have to tear more of it apart then just sliding the cards out.
