Factually speaking, auto-immune reactions to vaccines occur within the first few days, a week or two at the very outside. We would already have plenty of evidence if the approved COVID-19 vaccines were dangerous. US data is freely available through VAERS. Out of the 100s of millions of doses, there are <500 post-vaccination cases of auto-immune disease (radiculopathies, GBS, myelitis, etc). Statistically insignificant and irrelevant. Natural incidence of these illnesses would be no different than those reported post-vaccination meaning there is zero actual evidence. That said, I suspect that there are a handful of actual cases ... out of hundreds of millions of doses.
