How many "is it available" messages did you get first before it sold? How many people message you offering half what it's listed for. Every single item I've listed has been exactly that. Multiple items people say they will come to get 8t and never show.
Last year I sold a kitchen table and an exercise bike. Both in the same day for the prices I asked for. I priced both items to sell which could be part of the equation.
My wife sold a couple bikes and some furniture all at about the asking price. I think she just ignored the low ballers. There was one on the last bike. She works from home most of the time so we never lost any time waiting for someone to pick something up.
We are in a really small town for whatever this factors in.
