I thought I already posted this, but guess not. YESTERDAY I went for my first ever surgery (and basically first serious hospital thing ever) to repair a ruptured Achilles’ tendon. Now, I’m completely laid up, unable to do anything, and in enough pain to realize why I’m glad never to have had to go under the knife before!
I feel for you, I've had 3 heart surgeries and about 14 ER trips in the last 4 years. If I never see the inside of another hospital, it will be too soon.
