The timing differences in the codes you posted are negligible. However the codes are 'repeat-only' meaning that if used in macro, they might have problems. I know the NG remote line had issues with Sony codes that were repeat-only and they recommended a minumum 'Duration' be specified for the code.

You did not state how you were using them. i.e. in a button where the IR code was the only action or if the code was being used as part of a startup/shutdown macro.

Regarding CCF files....

You are correct that PEP2 cannot read CCF files, but PEP1 can import them and allow you to save an XCF. This allows you to test codes on a real Pronto. Before you can open this file with PEP2 and not have all the codes removed, you must first convert the learned codes into a MyDatabase codes.

After doing this, you can open the file in PEP2/3 and then save in that format.

I admit it is a lot of work to convert a large number of codes to MyDatabase but well worth it to not have to copy/paste code data.
