You may want to relearn this code Device Code: 16 Function: 17 (vol down)
and don't press the button on the original remote until such time as the Pronto Screen says Learning. This is usually 1-2 seconds after the computer says 'Learning'. The code you learned is in the RAW format which likely means was not a clean learn.
