I generated the HDMI command to a TXT file and copy/pasted into my Pronto config and that worked like a charm! Thank you. :-)
I did not generate to a CCF as I don't think PEP 2 can read CCF, can it?
BTW, I don't understand why the Harmony remote was working and not the Pronto with the code learned from the Harmony.
I compared the code generated by IrScrutinizer and the code that was learned with the Harmony and found only minor difference:
