Check that the HDMI inputs are set to Enhanced.
Particularly the one for the ARC.
The Sony TV is set to eARC Auto (vs Off).
You say inputs. Is there a setting for the Sonos input that I need to adjust? I didn’t see anything to do with eARC for the TV inputs. Just in the Sound Settings menu.
