How many people are using the YouTube TV app thou?
I know when I test drove it a few years ago, it was the favorite among everyone in the household for 'multi service streaming'. But it was also the most expensive.
Since then, I hear the interface has gone thru changes (because every developer is always "If it ain't broke, we are still going to fix it") and has gotten worse. At the same time, the price has gone up.
So I'm not sure YouTube TV is even a desirable platform anymore, if you are looking at those kind of streaming apps.
I use it and several clients and friends do also. Still works on Roku, although new clients may not see it in the channel store. It was one of the better services to give major networks and local sports. It works well at hoe or mobile and has a decent interface. It did go from $40 when I signed up to $65 but still cheaper than Comcast. AT&T is not even worth considering.
I tried PlayStation Vue but the interface was not as good as YTTV.
I might try Hulu for live TV next.
