Here's function 79 decimal

0000 006C 0022 0002 015B 00AD 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0726 015B 0057 0016 0E6C

And here's function 79 hexadecimal (decimal 121)

0000 006C 0022 0002 015B 00AD 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0726 015B 0057 0016 0E6C

IR Scrutinizer has a small learning curve but out of the box, it can quickly decode and generate codes for you. You should download it and give it a go.

The IR code data you provided is indeed function 0 but as the function number is < 16, I cannot tell if you need hexadecimal or decimal so you have both above.

Please post the list of functions as you received in the attachment from LG.
