I agree with all of that, and the client knows. In this situation it's for a guest room and it's a simple stand-alone setup so they wanted as minimal as possible. It's not problem to install a roku, but it's just a shame in 2021 on a brand new model that we still have these issues. They should either stop making smart TV's, or make them so they work period.
