Always nice to hear the story on things we all have (or will have) to deal with and how it went for someone else.
I also understand now that you have to sometimes deal with extra frustration on your jobs, that you really shouldn't have to. Which is why it is so frustrating.
But the point that you caused everyone to skip over was I’ve seen two of these TVs and both were defective out of the box
