Wireless charging stations that can be mounted on top of light poles or trees or roof tops. "Gargoyles" (Drones) are programmed to patrol the property and report back for charging and high res data upload.

Then we create a 3rd party company based on the 3rd world that builds weapons that can be attached to it. These items can be purchased in Kentucky and parts of West Virginia at swap meets and mini marts.
