Had an issue on one job with 2 computers could not see the network. Had to call TS finally and found out about the legacy mode hidden in the troubleshooting section of the app. Enabled that and the two computers immediately saw the network. I did not have an older Eero device to add to see if they would simply work with both installed. I know they can both be used in a system, but am unsure if it would resolve this issue.
