Is there a reason you aren't using a Sonos ARC or BEAM (aside from them not being weatherproof)?
Anytime I see a mini-Genie, I throw out a disclaimer about slow menus, video issues, etc. I guarantee nothing with mini-Genies aside from my desire to hit them with a hammer.
I'm trying to follow you here. Is there any reason TO use a ARC or BEAM outside? They are not designed to be out there, and you can use an Amp with outdoor speakers quite easily. Just trying to figure out why you would put one of them outside?
