Trying to program a URC MX-890 remote with CCP for a Bell Fibe 4K PVR (Arris VIP5662W). I cant get any of the Bell Fibe or Arris codes in the URC database to work. I have learned all of the codes off the bell fibe remote (by unplugging the receiver first so the remote works IR instead of bluetooth) but the learned codes are spotty at best, for example the arrow commands work fine in some applications but not in others. Ive tried learning the codes a ton of times but cannot get them to work perfectly. Intermittently some codes will double hit or miss a hit (line of sight or emitter). Am I missing something in the URC database here? I have spoken to URC tech support but the couldn't suggest anything else...
