Distributors don't do Total Control. That is factory direct only!
The software is only available thru the dealer portal, you have to apply to get a 'unique' login for your company. It is a dealer store, no generic logins.
The program size is almost 2 GB. So it is not easy to host but there maybe some torrent websites illegally hosting it. I haven't seen any though.
