I have a weird issue that I cannot seem to find anywhere else was wondering if anyone has found a fix or has had the same.

Using a Pro24.r & processor trying to control an AppleTV 4k the enter button & play/pause buttons do not work while a video is playing. It doesn't matter if it's in Netflix, Hulu, Youtube.

The odd thing is If I take the original apple remote and hit play/pause or enter it stops the video (Like it should) then the Pro24.r remote works like it should.

While In the home menu those buttons work no problem. It seems to happen only while a video is open. Also I can see clearly the Appletv accepts the command as the light on the front flashes.

Also checked to make sure AppleTV and remote where fully updated to latest firmware.

Totally stumped can find anything about this.
