Huh. My Ring just died after about 2-3 years of a charmed life (never saw rain or direct sunlight), and after it stopped working, it was almost too hot to touch. It's not the model they're recalling, but I'm not sold on their story. I've been meaning to call about it. I'm thinking the wait times just increased.
