I'd recommend going with either a Stewart or a Screen innovations projector screen as they're much higher quality.

Because you'll be using it in a sports bar with more ambient light I'd recommend getting a screen with a higher gain so it will reflect more of the light from the projector.

I'd probably also suggest getting a white projector screen as they'll also reflect more light.
