I have several TSU9300's and the rotary dial / wheel was very sticky in some of them, in one it didn't really turn at all. Eventually I opened up a broken remote and found how to take the dial out and cleaned it in an ultrasonic cleaner.
I wrote a guide how to take this remote apart, the steps for the other pronto pro's are similar although for TSU9600 you must remove the rear label (I will leave mine uncleaned since the dial isn't too bad)

After cleaning, the dial is amazingly smooth and will spin around several times with a good push! They have never been so good as this.

[Lyndel] - I added some words to the title to facilitate easier searches. Hope you don't mind.
