Heating the conduit for sweeps is better than 90's as long as it's done right. This is how most electricians do it only they use a conduit hotbox.

200' is not an excessive pull, I would consider this average. I have done pulls between 500-600', although this in 1 1/4" conduit (not by choice).

That's not necessarily excessive if the pull is straight but the common recommendation is to install a box every 50' to make it easier and to leave options. If it was larger conduit, fine, but 3/4" makes this a PITA.
