To use the Hex codes, click on the Universal Browser button in the menu. When it opens, at the top of that window you'll see A file open icon and a Hex icon. Click on the Hex icon. Another window will open. Copy the hex code for a single function and paste it into that window. That window will have 4 icons. Click and hold the Drag icon and drag it to the button you want the function to be on. Release the mouse.

Click another button and then click the button you dropped the code on. in the "edit and label buttons" window change the name of the button if it is one of the 10 buttons at the top of the remote. Then click save in the "edit and label buttons" window. Highlight and delete the code the Hex code window. Copy your next code, paste it into the Hex window and then do as above.
