Just closed another 50k job because I was the only one that answered my phone/showed up to give him a quote. He tried to give me a deposit when I was leaving site unseen to “hold me”
Feast or famine, why can’t it ever be in the middle! Lol
Not complaining, very fortunate to be in this position.
