We had D-Tools line drawings and also a visual floor plan view showing the AVR wired to 5 speakers and a subwoofer.

He just ignored all of it and assumed that it was a stereo zone. This guy was there for 3 days. Day 1 he spent trying to get his laptop connected to the network. Day two he put in an 8 hour day. Day 3 he wanted to leave early so he could enjoy the city before heading home.

He got pissy because his planned half day turned into a full day.

Also note that i had the system fully programmed with the exception of the door bell/intercom system via System Builder. I used to do that to test routing/wiring before the programmer showed up so that they wouldnt waste time telling me that "it must be wiring because the code is good". Then we met Tony Golden and i never had to do all that extra work again because his code was actually good.
