I just switched a customer in Old Tappan from that steaming pile of ISP service back to Verizon just for internet. The Altice system is pathetic really. For the last couple weeks, internet would just stop completely for anywhere between 5-35 minutes. Customer thought it was my router or he was hacked or something.
Nope, just awful service.
It's the worst service I've ever experienced, for sure
