Coincidentally enough i got a last minute call to go out to the project on Sunday. Niles SPK-1 with a Niles APC-2. The APC-2 is the issue. The APC-2 got added when we realized the cheapo AVR's didn't have trigger out. This project was a "no we dont need switchers" until we did and it was too late.

I think the best solution is to upgrade the AVR's and lose the APC-2's.
