I would disagree and say you would want the exact opposite. (Though I suppose it depends on the size of your business and service are.)
You should find someone through your local Chamber or BNI. They are the ones that should care about providing great service.
As for what we do, I can't imagine it's that different from any other trade out there, just different widgets.
