The bigger problem there is the customer let them disconnect it. Which means they don't seem to value your expertise anymore so than a cable guy.
Whenever I have customers like that (that 'constantly' let other idiots mess with the system and change things), I don't value them anymore as a customer either. When they call, I just go in do my job and leave. I don't go above & beyond for that customer anymore, because they obviously don't appreciate it.
Spectrum droid didn't install the google, so he had nothing to do with that- I think it was the place who installed the outdoor TV but didn't pair its remote.
