I never even touched the MX810, or even had a thought of buying one after seeing one at EXPO.
It was URC's answer to the Harmony crap and it was just as bad as the Harmony remotes....
When your competitor goes low you go lower. Not a great idea.
That turd was far worse than any Harmony I have programmed.

URC has added a Help button to at least one remote and they don't dump on Harmony the way they used to. Maybe they have lost a lot of market share?
