Guess I've been lucky, and not have any real service issues selling the JVC Reference Series projectors. They've even upped the anti recently with a free advance exchange loaner program for the first year. Call them, give your CC info and they ship you a refurb unit, and a shipping label for your customer's unit.

Then they ship your customer's repaired unit back to you, and you send them their's back. Never get charged for anything unless you don't send their unit back.

But is haven't had much trouble with them in the first place, and usually if I do, it's firmware related, and can be fixed in the field.
