What are you guys using for wireless headphones?

Does anybody make wireless headphones that have an optical input so you could put the transmitter behind the TV? And have audio pass through the AVR.

When we do wireless headphones as of now we just hook up the analog audio out of a cable/sat box to the headphone transmitter. But people are asking about the the Apple TV too now.
