Have had several JVCs fail in the last six months. Getting them serviced has been very difficult. Delays, DOA after repair, poor communication from service company, etc.
Just stopped repairing 1080 devices and upgrading customers to Sony 4K. Everyone has been very happy on new installs and upgrades. Best of all, the IP driver in Crestron Home is easy to deploy and reliable.
