We use Crestron for this type of application. However, if we didn't, I would recommend Snap MOIP over the other brands. The level of support you might need would be available from them. I can't speak to the other brands.
I've got two deployed MoiP systems.
Do you use the Transmitter/Receiver pairings settings? Any time I have a power loss or reboot the pairings settings are lost and I have to redo them.
I've notified Snap about it but they just ignored me.
