I have a serious situation were dealing with, It was found out that my conduit run from house to garage/Pool House was compromised, the GC/Electrician thinks a pipe wasn't glued or something shifted when they were regrading the land. The landscaping is to far along and we cant get a trencher through given the different terraces/rocks/pools.

Electrician and GC want to run my fiber in their conduit, they said they are ok with it and the inspector wont care since fiber isnt conductive. Now, Normally I wouldn't agree with them but this is a special circumstance, Im worried that should the fiber fail for any reason I would need to re-pull the line with HV in it.

I cant use armor shielded DB fiber due to the metallic nature of it.

Thoughts, I dont think I could use a P2P air solution due to the landscaping.
