The Building Blocks view in the 2nd pic does not show the Matrix Switcher component to verify that you have configured it to use a Serial Port on your RFX9600.
That being said, the problem is most likely in the command you are sending. All your functions end with '?'. Why is that? Because you copy/pasted? You need to replace the '?' at the end of each function with \r which is the escaped ASCII character for Carriage Return (Hexadecimal 0x0d).
