The first of those 'new' Prontos I ordered has been absolutely fine, but I seem to be having an issue with the second which has just arrived.
I've docked it and it's charging, but when switched on the display comes up with the blue on black Philips logo, but then doesn't go any further. I've tried reset using home+menu+page up, and it does start again, but goes no further.
Plugging it into the laptop via USB and PEP says it can't see the device, though it does all the others.
Any ideas? I'll charge it fully and see where it goes from there, but any ideas gratefully received.
