I did read about the keyboard and mouse issue and I don't have one connected. I tried the reset but without luck. I actually have a couple of prontos and it is the same error for both remotes.
On my MacBook Pro 2016 I had no issues but when initially installing ProntoEdit Professional 3 I did initially get an error message on installation. I really need to sort this out asap.
