I am getting an error code of Pronto Edit Professional internal hid not accessible error c14. This is on a 2020 MacBook Pro 13" running windows Bootcamp. I know that there are similar errors but this is really driving me crazy.
I only run Windows for one program, yes Pronto Edit Professional. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Are you using an external mouse and keyboard by chance? If so, try disconnecting them before downloading to the remote. That's what I have to do. Running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I also find once in a great while that my TSU9600 needs to be reset. (Home + Menu + Page Up) When resettting the remote though make sure it's not docked. Once reset dock the remote and see if you're back in business. Good luck.
