tv model 86UM8070AUB seems to be bluetoth or ip remote. customer has an urc mx-890. i was there today not realizing what tv remote he had.
i sent tons of different lg database codes at it with no affect. read somewhere that tv needs to be off for ir to work on tv. is it as simple as upairing magic remote to activate ir window on tv. i reached out to lg and after chatting for awhile they confirmed it does have an ir window but do not offer a ir remote or any codes for this tv. any one else out there that has been threw this and can help. will be greatly appreciated.
