I deployed a JAP system in a car dealership about 6 years ago initially. Then they went ahead and built another building adding to the audio and video system. We expanded the JAP system to accommodate the video system expansion. All went smooth, and the JAP team helped out every step of the way. Not to mention Blackwire as well with their Savant profile creator.
Recently one of the Luxul switches failed in the main building. Ordered a new switch. Contacted JAP tech support, installed the new switch, then they remoted into my computer, and in about 3-5 minutes had it all up and running again.
There is another reason to use JAP, the kick ass concerts they put on at Cedia. Great company, even better support.
