I have a T4 with Firmware 2.0.0 (Bootloader: 1.5) that I would like to update to 2.4. The updater is asking me to "reset" the T4. Simply rebooting via the power switch is not good enough to "reset" the unit. Is there a hidden way to "reset" the unit?

Edit: After some experimentation I discovered that there is a relatively small time window between the computer acknowledging the USB connection is up and launching the update before something times out and "reset" is required.
