Ernie, we have received several calls about this and we are investigating.
A dealer is being kind enough to send in a programmed URC system with a working and marginally working switcher for us to compare. Since we have received numerous shipments of this item it is hard for us to track internally.
My guess is that the 3rd party supplier of the Remote and IR portion changed something.
That dealer is me. :) Would have sent it out yesterday but i didn't realize they let our warehouse out early due to the holiday weekend.Just covering my ass looking for an alternative if you guys can't figure out the problem.
