I have two MX HomePro remotes, and in general have been very happy. I have Sonos in ceiling speakers (run by Sonos AMPs) in each of the rooms. I have added the Sonos to my MX HomePro. My probelm is sometimes, the favorites for the sonos just disappear. I check my Sonos App and they are still there. Once they disappear, the only way I have found to bring them back is to remove the Sonos from the remote and reprogram it onto it. When I do that, they come back.

Is there an easier way to get the remote to just reboot and re-download the programming?
