Windows has some built-in accessibility / zoom / magnifier tools that may be useful here.
If *everything* on your screen is tiny (like you have a tiny laptop screen or a very high resolution screen), you can also try increasing the system DPI to enlarge everything (to like 150% or 200%).
Or, failing all that, you could temporarily drop the resolution to something lower just to use CCP.
