I'm in Houston, the lock down really didn't mean much. Most businesses that need to shut down had already done so.
The most important essential service they listed: liquor stores.
The company my buddy works at laid off dozens of workers and is now operating with a skeleton crew for the office.
They didn’t do this until the lock down
Traffic is also way down.
So yeah I’d say it’s having more of an impact then you may realize
