I have to ask, did the customer not like the B&W? Did they have buyer's remorse after spending all that money 20 years ago, because they are tone deaf (or not into music) and couldn't appreciate the quality?
I'm just trying to understand why after having great speakers for so many years, they don't care to fix them and just throw in something crappy to replace it.
