I ordered an Art Screen solution from this company. Some custom parts were needed. Product was paid in full including the custom parts. They ran into production issues that extended the delivery by a couple of weeks. Ok no big deal it happens. It finally shipped here to Canada on the third week. It got here less the paid for custom parts. We can’t mount the TV without these parts. I call the international sales rep Ed and he basically passed the buck saying that their engineering department said the custom parts are not necessary. Really? Your quote said that we did and we paid for them.
Ed the sales rep, well I would call him an order taker because he would never take responsibility for the screw up, said that He would get the parts out. This was last Monday. I involved the Canadian Sales rep and he spoke to Ed and Ed ensured him that it would be leaving on Thursday. It is Friday afternoon now. I called Ed again around 4:30 pm and he passed the buck saying that he spoke to shipping this morning and they weren’t sure if it would ship at all today.

In 20 years of business as a CI I have never had to deal with such an incompetent company. Yes their product is nice but if you can’t get it in a timely manner, then you as a company have failed.
