I can see the pattern of the bits in IRScrutiner and agree that the it cannot be decoded.

Here's my question. Once the Pronto starts to learn, are you pressing and holding the Pace Remote Button until the Pronto beeps? The learns you posted above are not clean meaning that there are repeating parts of the data but the last part does not end in an extended IR time off which usually signals the end of a code.

Another option if you need 'discrete' power codes is to try using 'Power' toggle for Power Off and 'Menu' for Power On.
